Cottage/Cabin/Camper-rental check-in time is after 2PM. Check-out time is 11AM.
     
Cottage / Cabin / Camper Rentals    
  • 2 Night Minimum for all rentals
  • Check-in time is 2PM. Check-out time is 11AM
  • One Night Security Deposit required at time of check-in, refundable upon departure if in clean and good order
  • Bring all linens, towels, pillows, and blankets
  • NO PETS - NO EXCEPTIONS

  • Cottage:  sleeps 4, double bed & bunks, kitchenette equipped, private bathroom w/shower. A/C & heat, TV/DVD player (no TV stations), secluded location, charcoal grill, large deck, picnic table and campfire ring.
     

  • Cabin: sleeps 4,  double bed and bunks, A/C, small refrigerator and microwave, deck, charcoal grill, picnic table, campfire ring, secluded and wooded, water located outside.
     
  • Camper Rental *NEW*  31' Travel Trailer; Sleeps 6, equipped kitchen with microwave, bathroom, 8' X 31' covered deck, charcoal grill, TV/DVD player (no TV stations), close to gameroom, store, and playground.  * SEE PICS HERE *

Seasonal Sites:  Beautiful campsites, most  overlooking Paradise Lake!
Seasonal Camping April 1st - October 31st,   7 full months.
Electric billed separately for seasonal sites.

POLICIES:
  1. Camping Fee Includes 2 Adults + 2 Children
  2. One Family Per Site/One Camping Unit Per Site
  3. Two Night Minimum for Cottage, Cabins, and Camper Rentals.
  4. Three Night Minimum Memorial Day,  Fourth of July, & Labor Day Weekend
  5. We require one night deposit at time of reservation, cash, check, or charge.
  6. Early check-in fee of $2.00/person if check in before 10AM. max. charge of $8.00.

  7. Cancellation Policy:  Deposit refundable with cancellation notification of 7 days prior to check-in.
  8. We can guarantee a campsite with a reservation but we are unable to guarantee a specific site. We will always try our best to accommodate your specific request.

     SINCE CAMPING IS AN OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE, WE THEREFORE ARE UNABLE TO GIVE REFUNDS DUE TO CHANGES IN WEATHER CONDITIONS.
